Ingredients

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened

3/4 cup granulated sugar

3/4 cup brown sugar, packed

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 Chocolove Hazelnut in Milk Chocolate Bar, roughly chopped

Recipe

Preheat the grill to medium heat (about 350°F/175°C). Prepare for indirect grilling by turning off one side of the burners or pushing the coals to one side.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Fold in the roughly chopped Chocolove Hazelnut in Milk Chocolate Bar

Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Place the baking sheet with the cookie dough on the side of the grill with indirect heat. Close the grill lid and smoke the cookies for about 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the centers are set.

Rotate the baking sheet halfway through cooking for even baking.

Remove the cookies from the grill and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
